This apartment is co-hosted by digital company Zymzo, which provides you with the check-in process done via the Zymzo app where you register yourself and pay for the fees not collected by Booking. On the day of your arrival you then receive the information for entering the apartment. In the app you can also acquire the option for the early check-in, late check-in and late check-out which need to be announced 24 hours before your arrival. Charges are applicable. In the Zymzo app you pay for the already mentioned security deposit which is refunded to you 7 days after your departure upon the inspection of the apartment. When confirmed the house rules weren't broken and nothing was damaged we refund the security deposit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Pre ulaska u apartman, videla sam dosta negativnih krtika i iskreno bila sam malo zabrinuta. Ljudi su se zalili da soba uopste nije onakva kakva je na slikama, da je host nedostupan, da nema dovoljno toalet papira itd. Moje misljenje je da ljudi ne proveravaju koju opciju su izabrali (apartman, soba i sl.). Ja sam odabrala apartman sa odvojenom sobom (unit 1) i odusevio me je. Bas je onakav kakav je na slikama. Sto se tice primedbi za toalet papir, nas je bilo 4, ostali smo 3 noci, i cak je i preostalo toalet papira. Aplikacija Digital recepcionist je u potpunosti prihvatljiva, i ne vidim razlog zasto se ljudi bune oko nje. Da, treba depozit, ali isti ce biti vracen ukoliko smestaj ostane u ok stanju. Host je ljubazan, nakon naseg boravka smo dobili poruku zahvaljenja.

Da, prilaz zgradi jeste kroz ulicu koja je u radovima i mracna, sto odaje los prvi utisak, ali postoji napomena u aplikaciji za checkin u vezi sa ovim, kao i predlog da se ulici pristupi sa trga, tako da ovo ne smatram kao veliki problem.
