Flat 7 Buxton Market Place Apartment

Clean well equipped and brilliant location, hosts lovely people

Pity bath not useable due to water pressure ( nothing the hosts can do)

Nicely furnished and decorated flat. Lovely views over Buxton and to the surrounding hills. Owner responded quickly to queries.

Stairway carpet very stained, with cigarette burns and whole stairwell reeked of what smelled like cannabis smoke. Internal doors in flat wouldn't close due to needing trimming after new carpet fitted. Suspect previous occupants may have smoked in the flat. No bin in bathroom and kitchen bin too small with no lid. Bedding (quilt cover & pillow cases) appeared quite old & worn and could do with being renewed.

The flat itself is fine. Its a bit basic but the location is great and the views are stunning.

The entrance to the building is awful. The stairs are absolutely filthy. Its very much like entering very poor student accommodation. Definitely far from welcoming. In addition we struggled to find it. The address is actually 1 Eagle Parade not Market Square

The porch and stairway up to the property is filthy. And the constant stench of Marijuana on the way up

Views were stunning!!! ice cold bottle of fizz in fridge to toast my bday weekend!+Free parking virtue of parking permit!

The interior of the building are is very disappointing. it fails to even come close to the quality of the flat.
