Mancanza di un mini frigorifero a pieno agosto, la smart tv aveva problemi e i video non andavano, la posizione terribile al contrario di come parlano le recensioni, rapporto qualità prezzo - pessimo.

Het was netjes en de airco was fijn. Verder hadden we gevraagd om bagage te droppen voor de inchecktijd, wat ook kon, dat was ook fijn.

De douche is slecht. De badkamer overstroomt door het water van de douche, verder was er geen tot nauwelijks warm water. Een eerste douche leverde geen seconde warm water op, een tweede pas na 10 minuten en een derde weer geen seconde zelfs na meer dan 15 minuten wachten en dit was verspreidt over meerdere dagen. Je kan contact houden met een bedrijfsaccount via Whatsapp die je wel netjes te woord staan, maar ze konden weinig betekenen.

The room was clean and quite cozy, the distance from the station and the center was ok. We appreciate that we were able to store our luggage here before checking in. The instructions were clear, we got them on whatsapp

We had no hot water. We communicated with the landlord about it, the communication was good and they pretended to solve it, but the hot water was only running for about 2 minutes only one day. The landlord told us that he would look into it when we were in town. But nothing has changed. The shower head was uncomfortable, thin strands of water flowed out under high pressure, it was like being pricked by lots of little needles. And the water was completely icy. It made showering very uncomfortable and spoiled our stay.

Air conditioner

There was no spoon to mix sugar, the bathroom floor was all entire wet after the shower, the safety of the room leave some space mind as there is only one code of 4 figures that stop the thief from coming inside…. The room was on the ground floor while it was supposed to be an apartment with a balcony. There was a dirty armchair what doesn’t look esthetician. In general I won’t go there and I won’t recommend anyone

The self-check-in process was convenient and smooth, which made arrival easy and stress-free. It was also great to have the option to leave my luggage before check-in — very helpful when arriving early. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. Another big plus was the location – just a short walk from the main train station.

Unfortunately, the shower experience was uncomfortable. The water was cold, and the showerhead sprayed a very sharp stream, which was almost painful. Also, the check-in process was handled via WhatsApp instead of a secure, dedicated system, which didn’t feel fully professional. Additionally, the ceiling light in the room was very dim, which made the space feel a bit gloomy in the evening.

Good location, clean and comfortable room

Very wired shower - extrem water pressure with no regulation possibility. Moreover, lack of shower screen makes the bathroom wet.
