The hot water didn't work during our entire stay. The room is nice and spacious, with a large bathroom and very pleasant exterior lighting, but it was horrible that the hot water didn't work. It is also a bit far from the center and there are not many buses that take you there.

The property itself was very close to everything. The bed was comfy

The room itself had no ventilation. The heating did not work so we had 2 wet towels at any given time. The staff were rude when we couldn’t get into the hotel due to the qr code not scanning. Garden was in a very poor condition and there was also no privacy in the garden. The shower head was broken meaning water was coming out of 2 parts and due to lack of drainage the water was just ending up on the bathroom floor

The rooms and bathrooms were modern, spacious and clean with all the facilities listed. Communication was easy and we were able to leave our bags in a storeroom before check in at 3. Although we never came face to face with any staff, it was a polite and friendly experience.

We were swarmed with ants as we brought some food back on our first night and it just got worse on the second day, despite us having removed the pizza boxes. The technology is great but standing outside at 1am trying to get the outside door to open isn’t ideal.

Close to the center, the owner helped us at any hour. There was no need for a key. Everything was digital.

Check in at 5 pm, but it's still good cause we were allowed to store our backpacks in the storage. The room walls were thin, and we could hear each step and movement from the neighbors.
