It was hot- couldn’t turn the bathroom heater off.
ESEl acceso para personas mayores, como nosotros, mal. Tuvimos que subir dos pisos cargados con nuestras maletas y bolsos. Esa deficiencia ( la falta de ascensor) no aparecía en la página de Booking. La ausencia de ninguna persona al llegar y los impedimentos para obtener las llaves, otra dificultad. El apartamento en sí, camas, baño y dependencias, bien.

Not being given any warning about access/departure issues on our check out day. Due to a major event there were road closures immediately outside the apartment, that meant we couldn't leave the car park until several hours later than we wanted to. We were told that all local properties would have been informed about the event. Would have been nice if they property management company had forwarded us the info. We could have left earlier or moved vehicles so that we could get away in the morning. Very disappointed in the lack of communication that ultimately soured an enjoyable stay.

Do not book this property!! The property was not cleaned after the last guests. We had to pay out £480 for 2 hotel rooms as we were unable to stay there on the first night.
GBThe flat was clean and tidy. It was a great location for the harbour side of Bristol. Secure carpark was an added bonus. We only stayed 2 nights but it had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.
We found the flat very warm. We could have changed the temp but we weren't in the flat that long. The sofa could have been a bit bigger. Overall I would recommend the flat.

GBGBIt was clean and tidy, if you don't know that part of Bristol (which I did not) the road and the local pub are far from inviting, but it is 4 mins walk from the canal area, which is really lovely, so many choices of food and history we ate well. Parts of it quite lively and other parts more family orientated. I would visit that part again. Easy to avoid the really lively part if you choose (it was Saturday night).
Observations based on short stay rather than dislikes - beds are small, let people know. A bit of muslin at windows would have worked for us, we had to close heavy curtains for privacy from the block directly opposite. A few sharp knives needed for cooking, coasters/mat to protect the table tops. Even with all instr, we could not get heating to work. Kettle needs replacing, it leaks badly someone might scald themselves. Too many overly wordy, separate messages re codes etc - a bullet pointed list of codes would have done. I luckily had time to dump them all onto one page before I left and print it off. Info re wifi and heating could have been left in a booklet/list/sheet in the flat to reduce all the messaging. Glad there were not more of us it is not a space for more than 2 adults comfortably and maybe consider cleaner emptying bin bag for short stays as you charge £60.
