Our host went out of his way to offer suggestions!

Property was exactly as advertised on the website and conviently located near the Old Town Split (about 10-15 minutes walk). The host was very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. We arrived in Split early and they accommodated our request to check-in early with no extra charge. The apartment includes all the amenities for a 3-4 day stay. We liked that the apartment includes a washing machine, ironing board, hair dryer as well as basic cooking utensils.

The stove-top extraction fan didn't seem to be working when we arrived. The bathroom uses a boiler style heater which is rather loud when switched on and located quite near the bed. There was also some construction work going on next door during our stay. The apartment was located on the ground floor and you share the main entrance both with another apartment on the ground floor as well as another rental apartment upstairs, so the main entrance could not be locked, although the area feels safe so it did not bother us too much.

Great location close to beach and walking distance to old town. Modern finishings and furniture. Really lovely and friendly host, and very responsive. Bed / mattress was very comfortable (a stiffer foam type we like), probably favorite mattress of our trip so far. Quiet residential neighborhood so no noise at night.

Ground floor apt where not a ton of natural light gets through so it is darker than it seems in photos. Floor could be a little cleaner but probably fine if you wear shoes in the apartment.

A great apartment in the perfect location. Just between the part of the city you want to be and the beaches! The apartment was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and linnen. The airco was quiet and worked great. The shower had great pressure too. Both owners were very kind and had a lot of advice on what to do where to go and where the good restaurants were. These were a great help!

There was nothing not to like here. A great trip!

This apartment is absolutely wonderful! Our host, Ana, was so friendly and welcoming. The welcome book is the sweetest touch and included information on wifi, local cuisine, local areas of interest, etc. We will definitely stay again if we're back in the area!
