Luxury Studio Adriatic 1 & Adriatic 2

We loved the studio adriatic apartment. it was exceptionally clean and well lit. Bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus having a small kitchen and a laundry area. We really enjoyed the fact that it was walking distance to 3-4 different beaches and walking distance to local restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and bars. It was close enough to the Riva and Diocletian's palace that you weren't in a high tourist area. We walk a lot to begin with so the little walk to the Riva was about 10 minutes. We were in a safe area and we felt like a local. highly recommend.

just a little thing but not major. we love our coffee in the morning so instead of just a hot water kettle it would have been nice to have a coffee maker but it wasn't the end of the world. a bakery with coffee and fresh croissants was two blocks away. We survived quite nicely.

We arrived early and the apartment was just cleaned by the owner Ana. I have been in quite a few places but none were as spotless as Luxury Studio Adriatic 1. Location was nice very close to the beach and small (but also larger) cafes and restaurants. Their recommendations where to eat are very nice! The old city and marina are a bit further but not too far. Everything you might need is provided. If you need anything more Ana will do her best to accommodate you. We needed some extra beach towels which she kindly provided us.

I have no complaints. If you want a place that is full service. Luxury Studio Adriatic 1 is for you.

Amazing location, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, and a 10-minute walk to the old town. Many shops and restaurants close by. Hosts were fantastic and very helpful, I would suggest giving their recommendations book on what to do in Split a read and do many of the things mentioned.

Beautiful apartment in Split. The room and bed were very comfortable. Quiet and perfect for our stay in Split. Not far from the city centre and beach. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was clean and the hosts were really nice. The studio is 5 mins from the beach and 10 mins from the restaurants. It has everything including a washing/drying machine. the hosts were really kind and guided us very well. 10/10 If I ever go back to Split, I will definitely stay there :)
