Security as no one else about Windows wouldn't open

The Location was good for my travels. The Cafe staff were excellent as was the fresh cooked food.

The Pub was closed on my arrival at 3.30pm Fortunatly 2 Cafe staff were just leaving the premises at the rear of the pub and they assisted me in gaining entry. Apparently I needed a passcode to get into my room which I didn't have. Therefore it proved a problem getting into the room. I later received a message on my phone at 4.59pm with the passcode! As there were no other cars parked in the car park I asked if i was the only guest. The lady didn't know as she worked in the Cafe. I asked what should I do in an emergency and was advised to go the the house next to the pub. Having booked a pub venue I assumed I would be eating there in the evening if I wanted to. This is not the case. As a solo passenger I wouldn't stay there again as I didn't feel safe at night but I would recomend the Cafe which opens 10 - 2pm for breakfast etc.

Excellent service, great staff, fantastic location, clean tidy. Everything you need.

Cleanliness of the room and the fridge. No additional charges for bringing a dog

Half of the bed was extremely uncomfortable thankfully I chose the right side! The temperature of the room was extremely hot had difficulty opening the windows but messaged the owner and gave us the details on how to open it. Unfortunately no difference in temperature when opened. The fan that was supplied wasn't of any use. Temperature of the water was hit and miss but due to the weather the cold shower was quite welcomed

Lovely room in great location with use of big garden in the good weather. Also liked having a fridge with complimentary water & soft drinks.

We slept well, the beds were comfortable, but they are beginning to dip in the middle. Hopefully the mattresses will be replaced fairly soon.

Close to Bungay & Aviation Museum. Only there one night it was adequate for short stay.

Room 2. Permanent night light annoying & mattres was a bit flexible & squeeky. Road noise was evident.

Lovely room and comfortable with good facilities and the garden was good for dog.

Not that we didn't have a good stay there we would definitely stay again was just a weird set up and the cafe/restaurant wasn't open so we couldn't get any food on site.

Couldn’t open any windows apart from small one in the bathroom. Very warm inside with air for the dogs, with not being able to open any windows

How immaculately clean the room and bathroom were. The flexibility and friendliness of the owner too. I especially loved the little touch of a fridge with water and a can of coke. Thank you
