The Dove Inn

It was in a great location for what we needed and I liked that we didn’t experience any road noise from the road outside! The rooms were clean and modern and had everything we needed!

The black swan across the road,nice little find, our stay at the dove was comfortable and we quite liked the idea of being left alone to come and go as you please,the dove is definitely good value for money providing you fully understand what you are getting in return,

Booking.com.page for the dove inn gives the impression that there is a restaurant,there is but it closes at 3pm,not detrimental to staying at the dove as just across the road was the black swan pub,which does serve food and alcohol

I liked the small fridge in the room & it was in a good location.

We stayed in the flat which had so much space. The cafe was lovely and the food was so good. It was so nice to sit in the beautiful garden as well

The location was perfect for us and with the Dove not serving evening food, there was another pub only a few minutes walk away, so that served our purpose perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything that could be needed. Even a mini fridge was in the room, which actually turned out to be very helpful.

We did mention this to the owner, so he is aware and is looking to rectify it. Having an electric shower in our room, the very low water pressure caused the shower to constantly cycle from very hot to cold, making it difficult to shower.
