Everything. From the clear communication leading up to our stay and the warm welcome we received from the fantastic staff who all go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. So helpful and professional. The location is perfect and the Riad is amazing, beautifully furnished and so photogenic The breakfast is outstanding and plentiful with a great array of local food. We would not hesitate recommending to anyone who is visiting the beautiful city of Rabat.

Le cadre extraordinaire.

La chambre est tres sombre mais c'est le cas de la plupart des chambres en rez de chaussée dans les riads car l 'unique fenêtre donne sur l'espace commun, ici le restaurant, il faut donc fermer le rideau afin de préserver son intimité . Le personnel était adorable avec une exception pour un des serveurs qui est venu taper à 10 h du soir afin que je règle la taxe de séjour alors que je ne partais que le lendemain à 10 heures en taxi de l'hotel. . J'ai du traverser le restaurant archi plein en pyjama pour aller payer !

It is a beautiful Riad. The food was delicious. The staff were wonderful.

The pillows were too soft. Also, travels should be aware that it is located under the Minaret. The 5 am call to prayer was very loud everyday. It was impossible to sleep through.

The room was clean, but the drains made the room smell like a toilet always, we had 1 working socket in the room, which we were given an extension lead. Also we arranged collection from the airport but this failed to arrive leaving us stranded at Rabat airport

Le charme d’un Riad ancien, à l’architecture arabo-andalouse magnifiquement restaurée, respectée et mise en valeur avec le confort de la modernité. En plein cœur de la médina, ce Riad est idéalement situé pour découvrir le cœur de Rabat.

Personnellement, j’adore, mais les personnes au sommeil léger peuvent être incommodées par le muezzin et l’appel à la prière tôt le matin. Mais quand on choisit le Charles d’un Riad, cela participe aussi à l’atmosphère qui va avec.
