Riad AL Bahi

This is my first review but wanted to let other travelers know how amazing Riad Al Bahi is. It is just a beautiful riad situated at the edge of the Medina so very safe and also very close to the sea. The rooms were beautiful as was the food, amazing breakfast. It was the warm welcome and the attentiveness of the lovely staff which made this place so special. My boots got wet on my travels around the city and Hassan insisted on drying them for me and gave me slippers so my feet wouldn't get cold. He also accompanied me to the train station as I was traveling solo for the first time and a little nervous. I could not rate the riad or people more highly and look forward to my next return, it is truly a gem!

Riad très beau. Cadre magique. Copieux petit déjeuner. Situé au cœur de la médina, tout pret de la rue des Consuls.

Le Riad est magnifique, on en prend plein les yeux! Très bon accueil, beaucoup de gentillesse et de générosité. Nous avons adoré notre petit-déjeuner délicieux et avec la seule compagnie des petits oiseaux qui nichent dans des alcôves du Riad. L'emplacement est idéal pour toute faire à pied. Et il y a un parking très pratique à 5mn à pied.

Quelques odeurs d'humidité dans la chambre.

The property is in a wonderful location, right in the souk, tucked away down a little passageway, quiet and secluded from traffic and noise. The Riad dates back to the 14th century…..beautiful, intricate, stone carvings throughout and stylish decorations. The Riad is very close to a prayer tower, which is a useful landmark, when negotiating the winding lanes. The staff are delightful, happy, helpful and try very hard to assist with any inquiries. You can request an evening meal each morning, and the two cooks, joyful local ladies, prepare. either Moroccan or Lebanese dishes.. A special mention to Hassan, a new employee, who spoke very good English when our minimal French failed us. He helped and explained where we could visit, suggested restaurants and was unfailingly smiley and friendly. He and the rest of the team are great asset to the Riad.

I had a very pleasant stay at Riad Lalla Zineb, a charming traditional Moroccan homestay offering an authentic local experience. The property is clean and well maintained, breakfast was very good—especially the fresh orange juice—and Malika, Fatima, and the team were friendly and very helpful. Please note that cars cannot access the riad due to the narrow medina streets, so it’s best to contact the staff in advance if you need help with luggage. Highly recommended for a peaceful and authentic stay.

La tranquillité de se sentir chez soi . La gentillesse du personnel, l architecture d un petit palais royal et ses décors. La restauration Marocaine au top et la propreté du palace .
