Casa muito acolhedora e bonita, oferta do café, boa limpeza.

Não é que não gostasse, mas talvez seja importante ar condicionado tb na sala. O quarto tem, o que já é importante.

O estilo acolhedor

A habitação necessita de melhorias, o isolamento térmico , as janelas, as portas das varandas, a porta principal tinha um problema com a fechadura, dificuldade em abrir. A limpeza é básica, deveriam ser mais eficientes.
