Nika's House

La chambre est spacieuse, très propre. L’hôte est très gentille et serviable. La piscine est très agréable après les journées très chaudes

La chambre manque un peu d’équipement (étagères notamment) mais elle reste quand même très fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais agréable

The location is a short walk to a big variety of food eating, from street food to high end restaurants. Nika is always ready to help and answer questions, either in person or by whats app. Good sized room with comfy bed and pillow. A little bit of street noise from 7am onwards. Great to have a pool to cool off in and loungers and sun umbrellas. The breakfasts were very enjoyable, very nice to start the day with fresh fruit and either eggs, french toast or banana pancakes. Fresh towels and room clean every second day. Would happily stay here again.

This is not a criticism of Nika's House, but of all the places to stay in the area. The airport is no longer 7km from town, but has been rebuilt over 30km away. All the hotels need to update their descriptions. There is now an airport bus to get into town, and Nika can arrange a shuttle for US$9 per person to get back to the airport when leaving, .

Sehr gute Lage nahe des Stadtzentrums und trotzdem nachts leise. Mehrere große Fenster und geräumiges Zimmer. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Unglaublich nette Besitzerin, die uns einen Flughafentransfer gebucht hat und super erreichbar. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Das Badezimmer hat keine abgetrennte Dusche, aber das ist in Südostasien sehr häufig so. Sehr viele Mücken, die sind aber auch leider draußen.

Everything! Nika is an amazing host and we were made to feel extremely comfortable during our stay. Great location and lovely en suite rooms. Breakfast had good options and Nika even packed it up for us to go to Angkor Wat at sunset. Great value for money.

I can't speak much English, but they were very kind. If I go to Cambodia again, I will choose this hotel.

It would be nice if shampoo and a hair dryer are available.

Nika is an incredible host. She packed me a breakfast when she found out I was going to see Angkor Wat the following day at 4am. She also helped me with laundry, and was always available to answer any of my questions. I would recommend anyone staying in Siem Reap to stay at her place! Also, the hotel is in a fantastic, walkable location.

Nika is very welcoming and friendly. It was a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. The room was very spacious, breakfast was delicious and the house is at walking distance from the city center. We highly recommend it.

The most friendly host that we have had on our trip, very helpful in planning our stay and helping with loundry and rental bikes. Room meets all requirements and the breakfast was really nice. Swimming pool was a refreshing bonus in the warm cambodian weather.

Close enough to the center to be walkable (10min) but far enough to be calm and quiet. The owner was adorable, care taking and really kind. The pool is clean and not crowded at all. Air con and fan working well. There is a parking in front of the place, security cameras. Breakfast was good also

Nika and her staff are lovely and welcoming, they made us feel at home. The location is perfect, close enough to the action but far enough away for quiet. Pool area is nice. Room was comfortable. We hired a bike from Nika also and she was on hand to give any help or advice if needed.
