Nika's House

Best stay in Asia so far! Lovely hostess who helped me out enormously and made me feel at home, perfect location close to the many restaurants by the waterside, lovely breakfast every morning with fresh fruit and delicious pancakes!!

Is attending by the owner, Nika, who is a beautiful person. She was super kind and helped as the hole time. The property and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We really recommend it!

Nika knows her stuff, she was super friendly and helped us with bus transfers and everything else we asked for. Location was a quiet nook but still within a short walk from the city center. Thanks again Nika 🙂

I would give 11/10 if possible. My stay at Nika's House was exceptional in every way. Nika is the most friendly and helpful hotel owner I have ever met. She helps organize everything: bike/scooter rental, choosing the right trip etc. If you need to leave early (for example for Angkor sunrise) Nika will prepare a breakfast especially for you! The location is great, it's near to the city center and very quiet. The room and whole resort is very clean and looks nice. What's more everything is at a really good price. I was wondering how it is possible that Nika's house has such good reviews, but after my visit I know why :)

Room is just about right size, having night table, big bed, closet, hangers, table, very good and quiet AC. Location is 1 km from Pub Street, in quiet neighbourghood. Few rooms with some people statying long-term so house is also very quiet. Service is like a hotel, you can request to get your room cleaned and towels changed. Very nice garden, lobby and pool side. Breakfast very tasty too! Last and not least is the host - Nika is so wonderful, pleasant, welcoming and helpful, making sure you have everything and feel like home.

The staff at Nika's house made my stay warm and comfortable and easy. I am a solo female traveler and felt safe and cared for. Nika is incredibly attentive and communicative and responds quickly to any question or need. The pool was lovely to dip in after a hot day exploring Siem Reap. The breakfast was tasty, and the room well-appointed.

My only consideration were the insects in the room. I do understand that this is inherent in this area, but my first two nights had more than I would have expected. After this though, they seemed to taper off. Perhaps the room had just not had a guest for a few days. I mentioned this to Nika and she immediately took steps to assist!

Nika and her staff are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Lovely breakfast. Comfy beds, basic but spacious room with everything you need. Close to town centre but far enough away to not be loud. Walkable distance or $1 tuktuk. Exceptionally good for the price! Washing came back quickly and the cleanest we have had in SEAsia!

Good location, good vibe, nice staff and receptionist.

The room was disaster. No window! Feel like in the prison. Breakfast ok, just greasy two eggs. If you ask for extra two eggs, they wanna charge you extra breakfast set. At least AC works but I didn't use it anyway.
