I want refund as I didn’t not stay in this property, the host refused access and did not give direction on how to get into the Property. I want my payment back as there was no service offered. The host sounded to be under the influence of substance and ended my call. Further call to the host was to no avail and I had to book another accommodation, which was over my budget.

It not what in the picture poor and not okay everything is poor is just an abandoned house

The room was dirty and no favourable

Nothing about the place is worth anyone’s money and I believe Bookings should take the place down because it’s a local council house and full of dirts, the whole building from downstairs to upstairs to the room smell of weed and the room itself disgusting and couldn’t try to use their toilet to talk of using the water in the building. I get to the property at 9:30pm from work and had to leave as early as 5am, i could not sleep. Please everyone should avoid this property.

Bookings should just take the place off their websites cos it will tarnish your credibility
