They cancelled my booking on arrival, despite speaking to me to confirm the exact address via my phone. The person also confirmed that he would meet me outside the building, which he did, but refused me entry and refused to re-emberse the payment and I had to wait for it to be paid direct from Booking.com.

"Extremely rude, disrespectful, disappointing."

This service was shocking, we only were able to see the outside of it. It is located on a run down council estate. We never got to see the inside of it as we were refused entry as the host was too lazy to allow check in at the time advised on the day and was not around for when we got back to the property. He was extremely rude and left us stranded hours away from home. We were forced to sleep in car on my own birthday which the host responded to this with sarcasm and advised that it was “our choice we stayed in the cars” in the morning. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!
