The Zen House Sapa

Great view and serene location, with the soothing sound of the river. The hosts helped take care of everything - from my morning coffee to trekking tour and sleeper bus back to hanoi. It was a convenient and overall good experience.

We had a great stay at the Zen House! It has an amazing view and a very relaxing atmosphere. Summer and Blue were really nice and they made us very delicious breakfast and dinner. We still dream of their lemon Chicken😍😁 During our stay they had small Kittens and puppies.🥰 On one evening they lit a campfire for the guests. That was also really nice and a gathering point with other guests. Also they can organize a Hiking Tour for you with a local guide, which was so much fun and insightful! I highly recommend to do that. It was one of our Highlights during our Trip in Vietnam!

The walls are quite thin, so it is good to in bring earplugs.

The Hosts were amazing people, we had great conservations, the location is perfect, rooms are very clean and the Food was sooo good! I also loved the Baby cats and dogs that live in the house. The first Homestay that actually felt like a home to me. I extended my stay because the atmosphere was so chill and relaxing and sometimes while travelling you just need a break and calm down for a few days.

Everything was brilliant, the rooms were clean and comfy, the food was delicious, and the view is beautiful. Blue and Summer were the best hosts imaginable, so friendly and incredibly helpful. The dogs and kittens are so cute and we will miss them. This is definitely the best place to stay in the area.

My partner and I stayed at the Zen house for 4 nights and that was the best decision we ever made! We loved every second of our stay here. The house is away from the city, surrounded by beautiful nature of Sapa. We booked a 8 hours trekking tour with them and it was amazing. Our guide was a lovely hmong lady and we went to her house and had a lunch that her husband cooked for us. All the food were so good! The host Summer is so nice and welcoming. 3 kittens are the cutest!

It was the perfect getaway for me. I was tired the whole trip and staying here is the best decision I made. Got a harmonious sleep. Summer is so kind and informative 😂 helped me with everything, with cute little pets too. Also, she gave me a Souvenir, for the love of coffee! And I can't wait to take it home. The place is relaxing, it will calm your inner peace. Gets you reconnect with yourself.

This was the most comfortable place I stayed at during my trip in Vietnam. Right in front of the house is a peaceful river. It’s not just Sapa’s quiet nature that makes it special—the two hosts of Zen House （Blue&Summer)were genuinely kind and welcoming from start to finish. There are also two dogs and three cats here, all super gentle and friendly. What touched me the most was how they gave me the space to just be—to do whatever I wanted, without judgment. Just listening, support, and guidance when I needed it. This is definitely a place worth spending a few days to unwind. You’ll hear the sound of water, birds, and swallows flying around you. I’ll absolutely come back again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Book this one, you will not regret it. Blue and Summer are the kindest hosts. They have created a comfortable and cosy space for you to relax. Great rooms, great location. Also, the food and drinks are outstanding. Out of all the ho(s)tels and homestays we have stayed in Vietnam, this one has been the absolute best.

Summer is an amazing host ! She is so welcoming and kind and made sure I had the perfect stay. She organised for me the 2 days trekking in Sa Pa which was great. The guesthouse is clean, super cute and confortable. Somewhere you feel at home :) this is the perfect place if you want to relax and get some rest during your travel

The location is far away from the city center. Which was fine for me as I wanted some quiet but just something you should be aware of
