The Zen House Sapa

It was sooo good that my friend wanted to stay as volunteer :) amazing!!!

We had an amazing stay with Summer and Blue! They are so friendly, welcoming, and cook the most amazing food! The homestay itself is newly built, comfortable, and clean. They provided a heater and extra blanket, which helped stave off the cold! Also, their communication was brilliant, helping to arrange a taxi from the bus in town to their homestay. We would also recommend booking a trek with them as we thoroughly enjoyed our day with Mama Zizi, visiting the bamboo forest and waterfall before returning to her house for lunch with her lovely family.

I had an absolute lovely stay, both hosts gave their best to make my stay as pleasant as possible. They showed me around town and in the evening we ate together, sat together at a bonfire and shared some stories. They also offer a cooking course which was so munch fun. Would definitely recommend!

I was warmly welcomed on my arrival. Since I visited in winter, I was provided with an electric heater and a very cozy blanket to keep warm. The food was absolutely amazing, and the family dinners were a perfect way to end days filled with hiking. As a vegetarian, I appreciated that they clearly informed me about which dishes contained meat and ensured I was well taken care of. The location is slightly away from the main road, so it’s peaceful with minimal vehicle noise, and the view is amazing! I stayed over New Year’s Eve, and the Zen House organized a workshop where we learned to prepare local dishes and explored local traditions—it was a truly fascinating experience!

I arrived at Zen’s place in rather cold weather, and everyone welcomed me warmly, preparing a heater and hot tea. I enjoyed thoughtful meals, cozy sleep, and plenty of stories from the Zen house members. It is also have great view, so near Muong Hoa River. We also lit a fire and played games with other guests to reminisce about memories from the past year. Such wonderful moments with Blue and Summer!

Nothing to not like.

We randomly found this home from a fellow traveler in Ha Giang. First time we arrived, we knew it is the right place to relax and enjoy our vacation. With a good price and discount, u got a very comfy bed with beautiful rosy smell. If u r scared of the coldness in Sapa at this time, Blue and Summer reassure with an electric heater. They also cooked us many delicious food and help us with transport arrangements. We much appreciated that.

Any complaints
