Spacious spotless beautiful apartment

Hoe alles ingericht was..de style..dat zag er heel mooi uit.

Bij binnenkomst zagen we dat er niets was schoongemaakt,het was erg vies. Contact opgenomen met eigenaresse, zii heeft excuses gemaakt en ervoor gezorgd dat er een schoonmaak ploegje kwam. Na uurtje was alles wel.schoon maar ik kon me er moeilijk overheen zetten. Erg jammer was dit.

apt is beautiful and everything you need

Apartment was spacious and had everything you would need. Modern, clean, incredible value for a 3 bedrooms. (We had the first floor) Location was a few blocks back from the beach, but was a pleasant walk, so not a big issue for us. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Guardamar and I would definitely come back.

Nice interior and all the amenities in place. Roof terace is a bonus!

Everything was fine. If you come with the car, it may take time to find a parking place.

The location was nice and there was plenty of parking. The property was very clean.

Most of the furniture was made of stone and it was not comfortable. The sofa was a lump of stone with big cushions on it. We did not find it comfortable at all. Out of the three bedrooms, only one of the beds was ok. Again the floors were made of stone so although the showers were really good, the floor was really slippery and they should put something down to help with this. The property seems to be two apartments and the neighbours upstairs were really noisy. A couple of nights we slept very badly. This was not the host's fault but it is a reason we would not stay again. It is very easy to hear your neighbours.
