Luxury Houses La Mar de Bonita

As someone who visits guardamar frequently the location of this house is very central. The cleanliness was very high, no faults found. It’s nicely furnished and has all facilities. Lovely host always on the end of the phone if needed. Will return back.

Great find. Very pleased with location. Beach nearby. Coffee and restaurants all within walking distance. Loved the decor and overall vibe. Place as per pictures in the ad.

Spacious ,well equipped, well situated

Some issues getting in because we arrived late in the evening and didn’t understand how to get in . Owner very supportive, came to make sure we had got in ok!

A great modern apartment on the top floor with a shared roof terrace above, (only shared with the bottom apartment). Everything inside is modern, very spacious with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one onsuit. Big dining area with a couple of small balconies, set in the streets just outside the centre and not far from the bus station.

Aircon could be better/more units.

The address wasn’t clear when we arrived . The name of the property was confusing so we had bit of confusing time trying to enter and needed the taxi driver to translate for us and call the owners

El Diseño, muy bonito aunque ya se nota el paso de los huéspedes. Y calidad precio muy bien

La limpieza, justita. La tapa del wc estaba sucia por debajo. Y la entrada del piso y el patio estaba sucio también. La Cocina al no tener puertas ni cajones tenían polvo las copas. Y los utensilios de cocina, pero bueno. El paseo hacia la playa se hacía ameno. Que eran 10 min del piso a la playa más cercana .

Decorado con un gusto impresionante, muy bien distribuido, amplio, moderno y bien equipado. Estancias y espacios amplios para moverse y bien aislado acústicamente. Como guinda la terraza en la azotea en la que disfrutar de poder sentarse, tumbarse con un ambiente mediterráneo espectacular. La playa, a 10 min andando. No es primera línea pero se hace perfectamente el paseo cada día.

El aire acondicionado resulta algo escaso para acondicionar un apartamento con estas dimensiones y distribución. No en el salón, ya que es donde está ubicado, sino para los dormitorios. En días de mucho calor, puede llegar a notarse a la hora de dormir. Los ventiladores, que hay en las tres habitaciones pueden ayudar.
