My partner and I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The first thing that struck us was the stunning view from the window—it was absolutely breathtaking and made our mornings so much more enjoyable. The host was also incredibly helpful and super polite. Silvia made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself was really nice and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, and the living area was cozy and spotless Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay with an amazing view of Lake Como and a fantastic host.

Spacious rooms and clean (even though very old), nice view (but a tree is blocking the nice part of the view...). Host is very nice and is trying to help. Car-parking included in a garage so it won't get too hot. Small pack of chips and some cake was provided at arrival.

Very old interior and fels like a stay at grandmas. The nice view is blocked by a tree and the sun is hsining at the balcony the whole day (June) so its almost too hot to sit outside. There is no oven. WiFi is very very bad. Parking is only for small cars and VERY hard to get into. The staircase smells bad.

Sylvia was extremely helpful and welcoming. The views are wonderful.

The view from the verandah was mesmerising. Steps at the rear of the property led to a charming, ancient path that wound its way down to Varenna. We also used this path to walk to the castle. The property was also only 100 metres or so from the supermarket

Silvia is the best host. She was available at arrival, showed us the parking place (our car is a bit oversized), showed our room, explained what to find and where, local market, ferry, taxi, etc. She also sent suggestions on WhatsApp of restaurants in Varenna AND also helped booking to a very busy one. The apartment is nice and well equipped. Not the latest design but very cozy and the view is absolutely marvelous from the main bedroom and from the living room as well. There is a deck chair on the balcony with table and chairs and blankets are also provided. One can find everything in the kitchen and some doughnuts were waiting for us at arrival with a bottle of wine. I wanted to stay in a quiet area with a great view to Lake Como. The apartment is about 2-3 kms from Varenna on winding serpentine by car or a little shorter route on foot via looooooong and steep stairs, but that was absolutely OK for us.
