Checking in was easy Staff was very helpful Room was clean and everything was good Breakfast was great and was very filling

Car parking was charged, at a bit higher rate A lot of noises in the house from other rooms Bed was not very comfortable to sleep on.

Room is comfy and clean, small but that's to be expected for the price. Absolutely class breakfast as well :)

Staff were friendly, and the location is good

It's a bedroom (with a lock) in a series of terraced houses - no staff actually in the building so as a woman traveling on my own I didn't feel very safe. I expected basic facilities for the price, but just a bare light bulb was a bit too basic! The walls are very thin, so I heard neighbours coughing, and the windows rattled when buses and lorries went by, and a bedside light would make a big difference.

Staff were Wonderful

Could do with some upgrade
