Kind stuff, perfect location for me, clean

Breakfast was ok but they did not waste any money on good ingredients.

Rooms and bed were tiny

Easy to park, it was clean and tidy. Friendly staff. I started on my own and bed was comfortable. Might be tight for a couple. Bedding comfortable with a very nice smell. Loved the breakfast.

Bed was by the window could feel the cold coming in. The blinder let the outside bright light coming into the bedroom.

It was close to city centre and free breakfast

Cafe not on location , Its a 2 min walk , Was woken up by someone playing saxophone at 7am , Toliet seat not fixed properly

Bedding is look like not fresh. Smell, slipery soap on the floor

All’accoglienza un barista del bar accanto, all’apparenza un po’ burbero, ma in realtà gentile e disponibile. Mi ha permesso di portare i bagagli già al mattino al bar, ma siccome la camera era già pronta, mi ha dato subito le chiavi della stanza. Bella camera pulita con bagno in camera, vicino al centro e alle fermate dei bus. Nonostante non sia riuscito a far colazione perché era dalle 8 in poi (e io sono andato via alle 7), mi hanno preparato un cappuccino.

Staff were friendly and helpful

On the website they stated they provide free parking which was not the case I had to pay 10 pounds extra for parking. If this was stated before booking I could not have booked with them because there were other hotels with competitive prices with free parking. Room given had some dent and scratch on the wall and I mentioned to the host.
