The food/bar area is gorgeous! Breakfast was really nice and the staff were lovely

The bed was so uncomfortable and considering it was supposed to be a double bed, it was tiny! There was things left in the bathroom, I can only assume they're items that other people have left and haven't been moved. The toilet seat/lid was broken on arrival and fell off completely during our one night stay. Getting in and out of the carpark was tricky as it's on a main road.

Excellent breakfast and central location, great staff attention.

Asked for an extra cup of tea with breakfast on my last day and was charged for it...a bit small minded on sales for the future...a cup of tea ?

Location

Toilet cistern dripped all night, TV didn’t work, someone banging on the door at 3am. Scalding hot shower with no way of turning it colder.

"Disappointing and not as photos."

The staff, location and food were great. The shower was good.

The rooms were very tired with damp patch's across the celling and holes in the wall. The duvet cover was ripped in three places, one TV did not work, cups were dirty and cleanliness overall was disappointing.

The staff were nice and helpful, the hotel was clean. The room had a regulated temperature which was good because it was very cold outside.
