Everything was clean and tidy, plenty of tea and coffee supplied and there were shower gels and shampoo. Didn't have an issue with the mattress, quite comfortable for the price in my opinion. Staff were lovely and breakfast was perfect. Considering this was on a convention weekend, the price was great value.

Can't fault anything.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was OK.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the room looked like it was just for one person - bed to wall. Having to pay £10 per night was shocking. I missed that information while booking, as I actually included free parking in my search. fridge not working.

The property was ideal for my purpose of staying at Coventry and the location very close to the University, where my meeting took place the next morning! The room was cozy and comfortable, very warm especially the time I visited Coventry (winter weather), clean and quiet! I had a very nice stay, felt very relaxed and enjoyed a good night sleep! I liked very much the warm welcoming by the owner and staff. He was very positive, helpful and quite flexible when I couldn’t attend the timeline for the breakfast because of my early meeting, so I had my breakfast served shortly after 11am which was after the breakfast time.

I have nothing to add here, I honestly highly recommend Gulson Estates B&B for whomever visits Coventry, either leisure or business purposes!
