Location, room size, breakfast, kind staff

The room was noisy, cold drafts from the window

The location was good and easy to find.

The building was very old and not sound proof. I could easily hear every breath coming from the other room.

convenience, close to the city centre, lots of local activities to do, calm neighborhood, the staff were lovely to meet & talk to

this may sound like an unfair comment but I do understand the reasoning, but the extra £10 for parking at the cafe, to some it is excessive but it beats having to leave it on the street between the hours of 6pm-8am unless you are planning on checking out early
