Such a gorgeous well kept property. It feels as though you are walking through art at all times. A true representation of the vibrancy and beauty of Mérida. Great location and facilities were luxurious and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone, and would recommend to stay for at least a couple of nights. One wouldn’t be enough!

The staff were great at keeping in touch with our arrival. The spaces (you check in in one place) and your room is in another building where you have breakfast. Great design, great location and the staff super friendly.

- Beautiful attention to design - the colours, the details, the lighting - You are welcomed with a freshly squeezed juice and cold towel, a nice touch - Edgar was very kind and helpful - Smells amazing in the room (but careful if you are sensitive to scents) - AMAZING breakfast made fresh to order - I tried the chilaquiles (costs extra), huevos Mexicanos, quesadilla and all were wonderful - I was in the "Frijol" room, the bed was huge (listed as Queen but felt like closer to King size) - Spacious room, very clean and comfortable - Attention to the environment (e.g. mini fridge not plugged in which was fine since I was not using it) - Access to filtered water in the kitchen - Nice rooftop patio - only has a small table and 2 chairs, but nice to sit out there sometimes - High quality linens and toiletries - Location is close to Autoprogreso bus station (to take a bus to the beach), Va Y Ven bus stop (to get to the airport) and Suroeste bus station (to take a bus to Izamal or other towns) - Felt totally safe as a solo female traveler staying here - I did not use their laundry service, but the price is reasonable and it's nice they offer it

- Bathroom floor EXTREMELY slipper if wet, be very careful - Pool is very small and more decorative than useful - I did not see anyone use it and by the end of the day it had a lot of bugs/leaves; also there is no area to sit/lounge beside the pool. I wanted to take a dip but felt like it would be weird to just sit on the bench wet afterwards. You do get access to Kuka y Letra and Kuka y Silvestre next door. One of them has a slightly larger pool and nicer lounge area. - Room got a lot of street noise. Also the door is very loud (the key pad makes a loud beep with every button press and then beeps again when closed, so when staff arrive around 6:30AM, it woke me up each time). - You have to walk several blocks to the restaurants/shops. Location is convenient and relatively central, however the street (Calle 67) has a bunch of dodgy hotels that rent rooms by the hour e.g. Hospedaje Barcelona and Hotel Blue, so I felt a bit weird being right next to that. I never saw anyone enter/exit although Hospedaje Barcelona always has the one guy sitting at the door kinda watching people.

V ceně snídaně byla na výběr pouze kava typu americano, za jiný typ kávy se muselo platit extra. Nebyla zde nabídka čerstvého džusu.

Incómodo. Habitación pequeña y muy cerca de una calle con harto tráfico, por lo que hubo ruido toda la noche. Hay mejores locaciones por el mismo precio. No la mejor ubicación
