Good location, quiet, near Fort Jackson, host always answered any questions. Perfect for BCT Graduations. House is perfect for families really comfortably. I would recommend 100%

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and found that the property had 3 bedrooms, not 2 like advertised. In addition, the rooms were much bigger than expected and relatively quiet. Everything was very clean; the family room and couch were a good size and the kitchen island with the washer/dryer underneath was another nice feature.

Sharing 1 bathroom and not having a dishwasher were the only minor drawbacks; otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

"Should of brought the Dog! Huge backyard."

Excellent updates. I was presently surprised. Thought it had only 2 Br's but it had 3! Flat panel in ever BR was impressive. Recent renovations were nice. Big backyard. Great place for pre-game football in the fall. 2 rooms had more supportive mattresses. The pink bed had the softer mattress. Overall nice place inside.

Life long SC resident. Columbia as a whole can be sketchy at best. However, this area is really not that bad as far as the crime map and location go.
