Hangout by firepit near USC with PET

Perfect place to stay close to the Ft. Jackson Army Base. Had a lot of amenities comfy beds, washer , dryer and Netflix.

AC was off when we got there so it was extremely hot, it would've been nice to get to a cool place, refrigerator not working just the fridge but the problem was addressed the next day

The aesthetics were nice- it LOOKED nice. But it was very dirty. Access to property was nice.

I requested a stay for 7 people. They advertised bedrooms with a queen and one twin bed. There were only 3 queen beds- pics online do not show bed setup. This was fine since our timeline got switch last minute and ended up staying only one night vs 2. Naturally, we had to use the couch as an option. The couch had a huge stain on it. Since we were 7, one of us had to use the couch to sleep- so we had to cover it. It was nasty. There was hair accumulated in bathroom corners, food crumbs in the bedroom floor, hair embedded in the towel and bedding, old blood visible blood stains on bedding as well as dead bugs on front porch (though I understand this is obvious but they looked to be FRIED from being under the sun/ heat so long) There was so much hair and dead bugs on bedding (under the blanket) that we could NOT use them- we had to step out and go to target to buy blankets. We also had to wash the towels. Basically looked as though the owners were not expecting anyone to stay there. It appeared like no one came by to ensure the place was ready for a paid guest stay. Also, the bathroom sink was clogged. We could not wash our hands without it clogging up. I added pictures of all above complaints.
