Appartamento pulito, accogliente, attrezzato, zona molto carina e servita !!

The apartment is very big and very clean. Bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and you feel like you are living there. The owner was very warm and kind, he helped us with everything, we had a power outage around midnight and he sent his daughter right away to help us, even though it was very late. Also, when we arrived, he helped us with our suitcases, and had the patience to recommend everything we asked him about. :)

- 30 min on foot to the old city - bathroom very clean - parking available (not exclusive) - host very quick to answer/assist

- kitchen needs to be better equipped (refrigerator very old, would not close and cool properly) - washing machine so old, we didn't dare wash our clothes - in my opinion, the flat is not suitable for more than 2 people (once you have to open the sofa bed, there is very little room to move around) - the access to the parking area is very narrow and can be troublesome for a bigger car (we drive an SUV)

We found free parking in the building yard, although you can not reserve it, you can use it as long as it is available

Key pick up and leaving, could be better, maybe to put the box on the gate (if possible)

Clean. Tidy. Well appointed. Close to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Good bus service. Nice area of city.

Everything was great, thank you very much! The apartment is clean and tidy. Soft, comfortable bed. Nearby there is a bus stop, supermarket.
