No entiendo que me hagan desplazarme a 10 minutos del apartamento a recoger las llaves para acceder al edificio. Llegamos a la madrugada y fue toda una aventura desplazarnos desdee donde estába la caja fuerte con las llaves hasta el apartamento. Al abandonar el apartamento, nos hicieron volver a dicho lugar a dejar las llaves (a unos 10 minutos del apartamento) a devolverlas... El código de acceso al edificio donde está la caja fuerte no funcionaba correctamente y no podía acceder al box. Tras 15 minutos, pude localizar a una vecina que, de forma muy maleducada, me permitió acceder al edificio donde estaba la caja fuerte de devolución.... Tras perder más de 15 minutos pude acceder al edificio, después de llevarme un maleducado gesto de una vecina que no tengo porqué aguantar. He pagado mi apartamento de forma correcta y no tengo porqué recibir málas caras ni malos gestos de nadie, por querer devolver unas llaves. No entiendo poqué no puedía dejarlas en el apartamento y me hicieron desplazarme a otro lugar a devolverlas. El hecho de ser un apartamento no asistido no es motivo para que el trabajo de recogida y devolución de las llaves deba de hacerlo jo. Sí eso se indica a la hora de hacer la reserva, posiblemente no lo hubiese reservado. El apartamento está muy bien y su ubicación es perfecta, però sigo sin entender porque he de realizar un trabajo que debería asumir el anfitrión (pero no nosotros). Las llaves y la devolución deberían realizarse en el mismo apartamento, o en caso contrario, el anfitrión desplazarse a entregarlas y recogerlas personalmente

To whom it may concern, The apartment per se is fine but you really cannot have people runnning around the city to get the keys! I was alone and for work, and I lost a lot of time !

There is no elevator in the house and it’s 3rd floor - just be prepared. Apartment itself is ok for shorter stay and it could be just a little more cosy, it’s totally “faceless”, yet perhaps that is what it is for the price. Toilet trapway needs a proper cleaning and one lamp in the bedroom was not working.

You need to take the key 1 km away from the flat from another building and leave it at the same place when you check out and it sucks . It is tough to do all these with the luggages . There was no shower gel, which is not nice too. I forgot my sea food in the refrigerator that makes me upset as well . I bought them to bring to my family.

Location, cleanliness of the place, access to the roof.
