Very spaceous, nice appartement. Great location in itself for my purposes.

The fact that you have to pick up the keys to the appartment in another appartment, which a 15 minute walk away. I’ve never had that before. I told them that wasn’t going to work in the morning to return the key that way, and they were very kind to understand, and accommodate me. Very fast and kind reply as well.

Location is close to metro but there are better areas to stay in Stockholm closer to the centre and south.

I had to walk 3km with the luggage to get the keys without prior notice! The apt is not clean, mold in the bathroom. Kitchen lacks even basic things, like sugar, salt, dish washer malfunctioning. Beds not comfortable. Lift not always working. Not enough towels for the stay. Owners do not even bother to answer the messages. Price quite expensive for the value. Avoid if possible.

Sa situation proche du métro et commerces / restaurants . La netteté de l'appartement, l' appartement en lui-même .

La salle de bain minuscule sans receveur de douche et avec les toilettes , donc vous allez aux toilettes sur un sol mouillé ! Il faudrait rajouter un égouttoir et une paire de ciseaux .

Très propre , 4 vrais couchages (4 adultes), commerces à proximités ouvert tard le soir et le dimanche , métro et bus à coté, quartier vivant et très agréable

Perfect location, with the bus or metro you get to the centre or Djurgården attractions easily, and plenty of shopping and restaurants are easy to reach by foot. The appartement is also very spacious, leaving lots of room to relax. Internet worked well. Has great potential and is decent value for money.

Key handover was 20 minutes away from the appartement, also for drop-off. Equipment was very limited, such as only one big knife for everything and maybe 6 plates in total. Some small bowls e.g. for desert would also be nice. They also did not seem to have verified cleaning by some previous locataries, who left all the pots dirty. No reaction when we flagged a small issue with the appartement (which did not require immediate attention, but some acknowledgement of receipt would be nice).

The room was spacious and clean. The location of the apartment itself was good and convenient.

The key pickup and drop-off location was far from both the apartment and Stockholm Central Station. We had to spend over an hour in total just to collect and return the keys, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the building’s elevator was old and out of service when we arrived. Since the room was on the third floor, we had to carry a stroller, a sleeping child, and several suitcases up the stairs in multiple trips. These experiences were extremely stressful for us, especially traveling with a young child and luggage, and unfortunately overshadowed all the positive aspects of the stay. I do not recommend here if you are travelling with a big luggage or a little child. There were also a few smaller issues: ・The hand soap dispenser was broken and unusable. ・The toilet paper holder was damaged. ・Part of the kitchen floor felt sticky. ・A used cooking spoon had been left in the dishwasher, and it gave off a bad smell when opened. ・The Wi-Fi signal was weak, especially in the kitchen and dining area.
