Excellent location.

Well... If there is no curtains on the window, and the sun rises at 4 am, it does not gives too much comfort. There is absolutely no equipment like a wardrobe or something like that.

The location is excellent, you can walk to most major attractions, the Central Station, the Tunnelbana station, many restaurants and grocery shops around. It's a quiet, clean, efficient apartment. Fast wifi.

I would've given it a 10, but won't for 2 reasons. 1. You have to pick up and drop off the keys at a separate location about 20 minute walk away. The host doesn't tell you this in the description, and it is a major problem if you don't have much time before your flight. There's no reason for them to do this as they can easily install a lockbox right next to the apartment or use a coded door lock, like many other hosts do. 2. The bathroom is annoyingly inconvenient. The sink is extra small and mostly useless, all water ends up on the floor. There is enough space there to put in a normal size sink. Also, there is no tea kettle. This is literally the only apartment in Europe that comes without one. And I rent a dozen of them every year. Hopefully, the host can address this.

Good location. Comfortable beds, clean. Key instructions excellent.

Bathroom door didn't close. No kettle. Key pick up and drop off at different location which was inconvenient.

Problems with laundry key not being available until towards the end of our stay and no mirror apart from a tiny one in the bathroom.

Key pick up location is quite a walk away from the actual apartment location, and you not only need to pick up the key but as well deliver the key to the same location ( 20 minutes active walking). Would be great to have the key box at the same location as the apartment, would make the total experience a lot nicer and easier.

In a nice part of town within walking distance to nice cafes and parks. Clean kitchen area. The towels were brand new from IKEA complete with the tags still on them (?!) The customer service was good- when I called about the key situation they were understanding .

It wasn’t clear that the key would not be available to collect at the property - it was in a completely different part of Stockholm ! You had to walk 20 minutes one way to collect the key then get back to the accommodation. Then they expected you to drop it off at the other end of town after your stay ! There is a lift but it only goes to the fourth floor. After that you have to go up some steep stairs- something to think about with a lot of luggage. I couldn’t lock the door when I left- the key wouldn’t work. I only stayed one night so it was ok but what if I wanted to go out and leave my belongings there ?! It was hot . No aircon and the window opening in the living area opened onto the roof that was covered in bird poo. The other window in the other part of the flat had a nice view though with no bird poo. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom so the water goes everywhere when you have a shower. TV is the cheapest quality .

Everything was handled smoothly from recieving keys to taking them back! Huge plus clean neighbourhood cool biljardbar next to it and littlebit "better" grocerystore

Great location. Well presented clean property will all facilities supplied.

It was 4th floor but no lift . Only a minor point
