getting the keys is troublesome, bringing them back is troublesome (not nearby and takes time), finding the way into the apartment was troublesome. Even though the way to the apartment was described in a mail, it was so small text and written in the middle of other instructions: you easily skip those. The information should be with photo as getting the keys is and it should be in bold letters. It would also help if the apartment building actually had a number on the entrance door. The owner did not answer phone calls.

Light and airy apartment. Most equipment available but no kettle. Quiet and clean . Comfortable beds.

This apartment is on the 4th floor in the attic.It has sloping ceilings which are very low in places.It is essential to be fit as there are 90 steps from the ground floor to the apartment and no lift,not even part way. You must take care not to hit your head when inside. Also getting the keys initially is a challenge.The instructions were clear but it entailed finding the key safe which was about 1km from the central station. Having got the keys it was about 1500m up hill to the flat. We were walking with back packs from the station and had never visited Stockholm before.It would have been easier if the keys had been in a key safe outside the apartment door. It would also have been more welcoming if a starter supply of coffee,tea,milk and sugar had been in the apartment when we arrived especially as the accommodation was expensive for anyone visiting from abroad.

Very good location, breakfast options, coffee, restaurants, all very close, even supermarket with wide range of groceries. We had apartment with 1 room (2 beds) and "living room" with 1 more bad and sofa. It was nice and fine.

Quality of mattress not the best one, very soft. Very small bathroom, but everything working and manageable.

Location was good. Apartment was very spacious.

It felt little soulless. Apartment equipment is minimal, there was no electric kettle or dish-cloth. There were also just few plates and glasses. Our biggest gripe was key pickup, which is around 20 minutes walk from apartment.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It is well connected to all the major attractions. Check-in and -out were super easy. We would highly recommend Home Inn.

The location was good and the apartment was reasonably comfortable for our 5 day stay.

The dishwasher did not work on the first day & the bathroom door fell off its hinges on day 3. Despite emailing the management to request help, we did not receive a reply over the 3 remaining days of our 5 day stay. On arrival, it also would have been VERY HELPFUL to indicate that Odenplan was the nearest Metro station to the apartment as part of the automated emailed arrival instructions. We arrived after a 22 hour sleep deprived long haul flight from Australia. It was our first time visiting Stockholm & we are not familiar with the city. We walked from Central Station up the hill to the apartment in Vasastan, then had to make our way to pick up the key from a lockbox that I later worked out was literally 20 metres from an exit of the Radhuset Metro Station ! That would have been helpful to know as we walked a long way to collect the keys at a Pipersgatan street address we were provided with via automated email. Just simple clearer instructions saying the nearest metro to the key pickup was Radhuset would have been very helpful and saved a 2.5km round trip walk on a very cold day. When the dishwasher didn't work on day 1, and the bathroom door fell off its hinges on day 3, and no one responded to our emails for help, we quickly got the impression that the owner didn't really care very much. They had our rent money up front and it was too much trouble to even respond to our 2 emails for assistance. A shame, because it's actually an OK apartment, provided the dishwasher is fixed & the bathroom door stays on its hinges for the duration of your stay.
