"Cleaning staff lied and washing machine and oven broken in room"

The washing machine door wouldn't open so the cleaner opened it with a knife for us then our clothes got stuck Inside and the cleaner came to open again and broke the handle off in front of us. He then lied to the manager/owner and said we broke it. They were going to charge us for it and would not believe us that the cleaner broke it. The oven also tripped the power every time we tried to use it. They ended up changing rooms for us but could not get our washing out of the machine in the old room for 4 days after multiple requests. Would not stay there again after the way the cleaner lied and the manager did nothing about it.

I had a great stay at this homestay. The location is very convenient — it’s close to restaurants and convenience stores, all within walking distance. The room was very clean, and the view was beautiful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

Everything is good to me. And i booked 2 bed room unit. It is value for money. We got rwo washroom, and two working table at each room.. Bed ia very comfortable. Although one water heater not function, bur we got another. So ok for us. Entire unit ckean for stay

No side bed light, what a pity. It ia not important

Everything,Host Jenny&Sarah is very friendly & accommodating and was given clear instructions for check in/out,the view is spectacular and comfortable, everything you need,food stalls in just walking distances away,car park is easy to locate,We enjoy this beautiful stay!!!We will definitely come back again

Cleanliness can be improve, especially the bedsheets and the kitchen sink washing detergent,it will be very good if more toilet rolls are provided
