Muggle Stay Guest House - Bonifacio Global City Taguig

Convenient to all the places we wanted to see.

Close to shopping and attractions in BGC. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants and shopping precincts. Complimentary welcome treats/food by the property owner was so nice. Small and cosy accommodation.

Difficult to get to as address to property was part of Fort Victoria residential towers. Instructions could be better explained with main access via the road linking Fifth Avenue and Fourth Avenue. Shower facilities needs to be upgraded. Main shower not working but replaced with a heater unit. It worked well but confused at first. Some general repairs required in the bathroom like no toilet holder and shower curtain should be replaced with a shower screen.

Great location. Was greeted with snacks, refreshments and a clean apartment upon arrival and process was relatively smooth. A family of 5 had no troubles with the stay and all rooms air conditioned. Thank you

Best place we've been to so far. Pool access, pet fees, facilities, amenities, and rooms were all great and/or communicated well. Talking with the owners was very easy. The location was also very convenient, within walking distance to malls, parks, museums, and convenience stores. There was also free food and drinks on the table. They also gave a guide for the stay. I think we'll come back here again.

There was nothing to dislike.

What I didn't like is the children dismayed because hindi na sila naka ligo sa swimming pool. Nag change na daw ng time pwede maligo afternoon na pwede. So hindi na sila naka swimming kasi mag check out na din by 12 noon. Dati kasi 8 am till 10 pm pwede mag swimming.

The location!, the air conditioning is great

The facility is small, there is an arcade that is occupying a lot of space in the living room that l think other travelers would not be using or would not need, the couches and the bunk beds are too small, the stove is rusted that we are scared to use, there is no iron!

Security and location

Very confusing to locate. Elevators not working. False advertising in that one bed was actually a roll out razor thin futon that had to be put on bare floor with barely enough space to fit on floor.

this is not on the host to be honest, it's just expectations vs what we saw when we arrived. The building is very old and has "old building order". The unit itself is very small and barely enough for 4 people. The futons are not practical, and they want you to put one in the main bedroom... not best for privacy if you are a couple and family. overall we expected BGC level place and this place was an old city feel. Also the price is waaaaaay too much for what this unit was. We ended up renting in another hotel than stay in that place. (seriously)
