The light in the 2nd floor of CR is not working and better to have a safety features in the CR window of 2nd floor...upgrade also the HP of AC...Overall ratings, everything is well and exceptional, nearly score of 10...

A/c Spacious Convenient for location and easy access into the apartment, lifts and overall building Views are amazing.

No tv, no netflix unless I didn't operate it properly.

If you would like to explore the new city of Manila , please do not hesitate to stay in Muggle. Accessible and near to the places such as 5th Street, High Street, Market market and 7-11/Lawson.

Can hear the movement from the next room/neighbor. Even the people talking in Corridor’s can be heard from inside the room. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, Sunday ; kids were used the swimming pool and they can feel that the water from the pool is never been changed. Monday pool area is closed due to the cleaning schedule perhaps we didn’t see it that pool water has been cleaned or changed.

The place is close by where we wanted to go and easy to find.

I didn't like that I was only there for 1 nite... Would have stayed 2 more nites at least... But was on a tight schedule.

The host owed money to the facility leading us to continouosly ask the staff to use their card key for the elevator. Its annoying for us to bother them all the time. Same goes to them also

It was not a senior citizen and PWD friendly. So disappointed of the set up. The stairs doesn’t have a handle to hold on for safety. It was so scary that you have to crawl up the stairs. The living room sofa is situated under the stairs that if you sit there, getting up you’ll hit your head( which happened several times). I talked to the owners and they agreed to one night stay only. They claimed they will refund 50% but so far we haven’t heard from them and they won’t return our calls. This being said , I hope your company will help us resolve this

The owner was very nice

Only 1 bathroom. The place though was very nice. Outside the door of the property there is this awful smell that i have to cover my nose whenever we have to go out.
