The bathrooms are too small and there is no water

The staff was friendly it’s like it was genuine not faking and I loved that and also the cleanliness the scenery and it’s calming atmosphere it has

The area it’s in is very hidden away from the public like me getting there and asking the locals they said they didn’t know where that was so I took time getting to the place as nobody new about it and at night the air conditioning would hit the door making these banging sounds and switching it off would make the whole room hot and the bathroom was tiny

I was told someone already booked before me, thou after booking I called and their confirmed my booking, when I arrive I was told someone already booked, though the manager got me another expensive place tht I paid double the amount, m not happy
