IERooms are comfortable and spacious, nice social area with a pool table also. Very welcoming family who will help you with organising activities and transport. Bikes available to rent also and location is centre of Ninh Binh. Was even invited for dinner one of the nights and was helped a lot when I had an accident hiking! Thanks again!

ITstaff is very very helpful, even if they don't speak any english. they are really nice and kind, the girl gifted me with some water and fruit, completely out of the blue.. she was super sweet. they also let me lay on a bed while I waited for my bus trip, even if I had already checked out. you can tell they are good people. I found my room pretty big, the bed really comfy and with clean linen. I would suggest a little light for each bed. there are lockers in the rooms (which is something that is not always obvious everywhere, so it's definitely a plus).
unfortunately the hostel is quite dirty. I would say it is pretty new but the significant lack of maintenance makes the place not very nice. The facilities aren't very convenient in their disposition but overall, in my opinion this hostel has a good potential: with the right and daily cleaning schedule it could become actually nice! there's a common area with some board games, and I also saw a lot of beautiful and new bikes ready for rent, so I'm sure they are putting effort into it!
