"Very enjoyable stay and a good base for what we wanted to do in Otago this time."

Lovely breakfast provided by the hosts - homemade muesli with fresh yogurt and honey and bread and butter. Delicious homemade Afghan biscuits, which despite this being our fifth visit to NZ, we had never tried before.

Lack of near restaurants that didn't require a booking.

It was just perfect! The cottage is beautiful, modern, clean, had everything you needed, from a comfy bed, to lovely towels, toiletries and a delicious breakfast, all in a quiet peaceful, beautiful location surrounded by the mountains! We only wish we could have stayed longer! The host was really lovely too. We had a wonderful stay. Definitely recommend it!

The breakfast provided was amazing and the little touches were so nice on arrival, my husband loved the homemade cookies. Would be a perfect location if you were doing the cycle trail.
