L'emplacement.

La réceptionniste m'a fait payer la nuit, alors que Booking avait déjà encaissé le montant.Depuis j' attends que Kyriad me vire le montant trop perçu.

Bon emplacement tout près de la rocade

Nous n'avons eu les chambres qu'à 15h40 car l'hôtel n'ouvre qu'à 15h30 et non 15h( info booking) Nous avons donc patienté 40 minutes sur le parking car les codes attribués ne fonctionnaient pas . Personne à l'accueil le dimanche matin ( clés déposés sur le comptoir....) 1 chambre sur les 7 sentait les égouts , obligé d'en changer L'hôtel m'a appelé car je n'avais pas payé une chambre alors que tout avait été payé d'avance . Ils ne répondent pas à mes mails ! Demande de remboursement.... Bref du grand n'importe quoi !

La qualité de la literie.

La salle d'eau sentait horriblement mauvais. Même porte fermée, l'odeur a envahi la chambre et y est restée et faire sa toilette dans cette environnement n'a pas été agréable Petit déjeuner :Le bacon et les œufs brouillés étaient froids et tout figés. Les tables à l'extérieur n'étaient pas propres, les meubles du buffet presentaient de larges traces de gras, ainsi que les portes des WC à côté de l'accueil. J'avais réservé 2 oreillers à memoire de forme par téléphone la veille (dont on m'avait assuré qu'ils étaient disponibles), la personne du matin n'était pas au courant, n'en a pas trouvé et visiblement s'en fichait.
