"Illegal billing by hotel"

They issued two bills for the stay. One bill for rs 3045 for room rent and another for rs 653 for service fee. Our company is objecting to this amount. No special service was offered by the hotel. This amount shall be refunded to me immediately.

Location..very close to central bus stand, restaurants, shops...apart from location nothing else we liked

Room Size too small for 3 persons.. room was stinking.. not clean.... noise from outside & AC through out the night Breakfast only 2 options
