Room was good . But parking Area is bad Not enough staffs ...it was in busy..bit costly for price .. Area ...overall...okay

"Worst App management ,, Booking app rules difference in onspott hotel."

Please change your policy. I booked the hotel But they denied to Give the room . They said Because couples not allowed . Then why this booking website not mention this Our age was above 21 years. How they can't allow the room? For this issue I have tried 6 times But there is no response
