Buona posizione. Appartamento ampio e luminoso dotato del necessario. È al terzo piano senza ascensore ma se non si hanno problemi fisici o bagagli esageratamente pesanti, le scale non sono un problema.

I serramenti non sono molto isolanti e pertanto si sente il rumore della strada (fortunatamente zona poco rumorosa).
