"Superb"

Small gadgets such as Wi-Fi speakers that we could just chill with music. Tv. Plenty of room everywhere. It was great. Thank you!

"Enjoyable stay in Genoa"

Nice apartment, comfortable and quiet. Good location. Great communication with the owner/management company. They were always fast to respond and very helpful.

All the stairs! (Good exercise though) The bathroom had a bit of an iffy smell sometimes, probably due to the old pipes/drainage. The curtains in the bedrooms are quite light, which woke me up early.

"Exceptional"

The hotel is in a prime location, situated in the city center. It is equipped with a kitchen. Also, the hotel staff is very professional and responds to issues promptly.

I suggest sending a photo of the apartment entrance to customers each time they check in, to facilitate finding the place. We took a long time to find the correct entrance. Also, parking near the hotel is not convenient.
