GBEverything! Whilst we didn't meet the hosts whilst we were staying, all information was sent to me in a timely manner and my request for no feathers accommodated. Photographs did not do the property justice - very stylish accommodation.

Heating system not programmed, explained as possibly temporary. Would have liked to return to instant warmth!

GBLocation was perfect for getting into Ripon. Discovered nice walk along the river from Water Rat pub. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Met hosts who were friendly and helpful. Overall a perfect couple of days, thank you!
