The view, the staff, the food and their coffee! And miss Hein is absolutely adorable and helpful, she put us in touch with an amazing guide (Sue) and driver (Mr Long)

Perhaps the room slightly humid and be aware if you have mobility issues about the fact that there is many stairs to reach some of the rooms.

It was out of town and quiet. Beautiful grounds that showcase the natural beauty of Sapa.

The road to the hotel was in need of repair, but most taxi cars didn’t mind. Prepare for a bumpy ride, but an exciting one!

Beautiful rooms with amazing view,and the staff honestly, super friendly and helpful. The distance from the city is about 20 minutes, but you can take grab easily, totally worth it.

Breakfast was good with limited choices , the bathtub unfortunately in our room was leaking . Apart from that nothing bad to say , everything was great!
