I appreciated the option of being taken to the room by tuk-tuk.

They did not allow me to check into the room until I provided a bank statement confirming the payment made three weeks earlier, even though the payment had been processed through the Booking.com system. The booking confirmation alone was not sufficient. This was my third stay at the hotel, yet I was treated in a way that felt like an “anti-reward” for loyalty. The internet connection was very poor this time, although it had been good during previous stays. I cannot recommend staying in room 131 with a sea view if you need a reliable internet connection. Due to the large number of fans and the excessively strong air conditioning, I became chilled and now require medical treatment. On the fourth day of my stay, the hotel misplaced the card used to indicate “do not disturb,” resulting in daily interruptions with no way to stop them. This was very exhausting. After the last unsuccessful stay, I will never return to this hotel again.
