O quarto era muito confortável, com todas as condições para uma ótima estadia. Toda a infraestrutura do hotel era boa, piscina, ginásio. Mesmo muito bom! Super perto da praia e mesmo assim tinham autocarros do hotel para a praia. Staff muito atencioso! Quando chegámos fomos recebidos com um lemongrass maravilhoso!

A localização para o centro era um pouquinho mais longe e era mais cansativo no regresso porque ao pé do hotel é sempre a subir e com o calor ficava um pouco desconfortável

Olvidé unas compras en el hotel y camino al aeropuerto me acordé! llamé al hotel y me dijeron que no me preocupe que harían lo posible por entregármela. yo estaba desesperado y quería retornar pero hubiera perdido mi vuelo, así que se las ingeniaron y me las remitieron con un servicio de taxi, por eso quiero agradecer al personal del hotel, en especial a Reception Airah Zel, Kathy y the bellman , Jacky. Ellos fueron muy eficientes y retorné muy feliz, son lo máximo!

Lovely resort highly recommended, advice to take building facing the beach and pool not the lake. All the team working are great and the restaurant in the beach serves good food. I had a great time here!

El recinto y la amabilidad del personal tanto del restaurante como del lobby del hotel.

El caudal del agua de la ducha era muy débil y tenías que estar bastante rato para poder ducharte. Habitación 633.
