"Nice apartment but too much hassle"

All as described

The person showing us in seemed disorganised and made it more stressful than it needed to be. We turned up early to check in and were happy to wait but then he rushed us and said he had other customers waiting. Also too many texts, phonecalls and emails, felt abit bombarded. Just needs a key safe set up - i have worked in hospitality all my life and its what customers actually want. I shouldnt have to plan when i turn up exactly or when i leave for that matter aslomg as i am within the agreed check in / check out windows
